Mani is a interdisciplinary designer who loves combining visual and product design principles. He loves it even more when he gets to design memorable experiences in different mediums! Trained in both branding and UX/UI, his approach is interdisciplinary, always experimenting with different creative fields and how they all come together. Bringing together visual storytelling, experimental design, and identity systems from the graphic side, while incorporating research, interaction, and interface principles from the product design side.

  • Oversee staff of 5 in-house designers and professional development activities to foster a team-oriented work environment

  • Serve as lead for scheduling; assigning projects to designers; and creating, managing, and proposing the annual budget

  • Advocate for service expansion which were not provided by the studio before (Motion Design, Basic 3D modeling, Interactive/Immersive Experience Design, Website Development)

  • Managed multiple orders simultaneously, handling 3+ at a time 

  • Collaborated with a team of five designers to critique and generate ideas.

  • Collaborated with clients to develop brand identities and produce promotional materials for social media and print, including posters, flyers, motion design and merchandise.

  • Captured high-resolution action photography for 10+ NCAA basketball games for USF Dons men basketball team. Delivering assets for use on the team’s social media channels.

    Led the UI design and User experience of ReCraft enviromental upcycling app, which was awarded 1st place among 20 teams for innovation, and impact on the environemnt.

          Strategized and executed a comprehensive rebrand and marketing strategy for Asian, Inc., a nonprofit focused on housing and job security, resulting in a 4th-place ranking among 12 competing teams in the span of 5-hour brand-a-thon.

           Developed an integrated digital strategy for the BOSS non-profit, which involved redesigning their website and introducing the new Givebutter fundraising platform.
